Linux ASN.1 BER kernel buffer overflow
Basic Encoding Rules (BER) is an encoding format in ASN.1 . The linux kernel implementation has a buffer overflow in it allowing a kernel compromise. It affects the CIFS and ip_nat_snmp_basic modules.
